 Happy New Year!
2016 - Is in the history books. Time to focus on the future. Thanks to ALL the individuals, churches, organizations and businesses for their great support throughout the year, we could not and cannot do it without YOU!
As the year wound to a close we had the opportunity to record a video about the Pantry during the Turkey distribution day. Thanks to the pro bono services provided by George McMorrow and Cinecall (a local Keyport business). You can check it out online: You are your brother's keeper...
Turkey distribution - on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving we distributed over 176 turkeys and dinners. Wells Fargo Bank provided a bank manager and volunteers to help distribute.

Creative Giving - Thanks for your generous donation, Melita & David Abraham for your collection in recognition of son Gavin's first birthday! A very creative way to support the Pantry!
Regular Food Donations - are always welcomed. If you wish to make a donation please contact Sherry Hill, KMFP Associate Director - Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM on (732) 888-1986. Due to our limited freezer space if you would like to donate turkeys, hams, etc. we would ask that you please contact Sherry first.
Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties Outreach Services Available - Open to All, every Tuesday throughout the month at Community Church Fellowship Hall next to pantry building. Call to confirm if the weather is bad. (732) 918-2600 ext. 234. Foodbank representatives will provide assistance and guidance to anyone in need with the various programs available. See also: USDA Food and Nutrition web site.
I would also like to take this opportunity to publicly say Thank You! to all our great KMFP Volunteers for their time, dedication and commitment to our organization throughout the year.
I am sure that those who know some or all of our volunteers will agree that we would not be able to operate the way we do without each one of them.
A personal note: I will be on vacation during the month of January. Wishing everyone the very best in 2017 and always,

Isaiah G. Cooper
